Account & Data Deletion

TryBar allows users to permanently delete their account and associated personal data. This page explains the available deletion methods and what happens when an account is deleted.

Delete Your Account from the Mobile App

Users may permanently delete their account directly within the TryBar mobile application.

  1. Sign in to the TryBar app.
  2. Open the menu.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen.
  5. Tap Remove Profile.
  6. Confirm the deletion request.

Request Account Deletion via Support

Users who cannot access the mobile app may request account deletion by contacting support.

Subject: Account Deletion Request

The request should be submitted from the email address associated with the TryBar account whenever possible.

Additional Requirements for Location Owners

Location Owners cannot delete their account while an active paid subscription exists.

Before requesting account deletion:

  1. Sign in to the TryBar Owner Console.
  2. Navigate to subscription management.
  3. Cancel all active subscriptions associated with your locations.
  4. Verify that no active subscription remains.

After subscriptions have been cancelled, submit an Account Deletion Request using one of the methods described above.

What Data Is Deleted

Deleted

  • Profile information
  • User preferences
  • Saved settings
  • Authentication credentials
  • Managed user access

May be retained for legal or operational purposes

  • Financial transaction records
  • Subscription billing history
  • Audit logs
  • Security logs
  • Records required by law
