How do I sign in?
TryBar supports email verification, Sign in with Apple, and Sign in with Google. Only a single profile will be connected to an email address regardless of the sign-in method used.
How do I find nearby locations?
TryBar uses your device location to help you discover participating bars and restaurants near you. Make sure location services are enabled for TryBar to use this feature. You can also search for locations by city, state.
What does availability mean?
Availability information is provided by participating locations through the TryBar platform. Open seat and table counts reflect the most recently published information from the location and may change at any time.
Why don't all locations show availability?
Only participating locations that actively manage their availability through TryBar will display seat or table availability information. Some locations may choose not to publish availability or may not actively updating it.
How do I save a favorite location?
Tap the favorite icon on any venue detail screen to save it. Your saved favorites appear in the Favorites tab for quick access.

How do I claim my location?
Locations can be claimed using an official TryBar claim link, QR code, invitation, or supported claim workflow. If you need assistance claiming a location, contact support@trybar.io.
How do I manage my location?
Location owners and authorized managers can manage their locations through the TryBar app. Depending on permissions, management capabilities may include:
- Updating location details
- Uploading and managing photos
- Managing operating hours
- Updating availability
- Managing authorized users
- Viewing reports
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscription management for participating locations is available exclusively through the TryBar Owner Console, a separate web-based portal for location owners and managers. Location owners can use the Owner Console to view subscription status, manage billing information, and make subscription-related changes. The console can be accessed at https://console.trybar.io.
Subscription purchases and subscription management are not available within the TryBar mobile app.
Common Issues
I cannot sign in
Make sure you are using the correct email address and sign-in method. If you are still having trouble, contact support for assistance.
I do not see any nearby locations
Verify that location services are enabled for TryBar. You can also search by location city / state. Not all locations participate in TryBar.
Why does a location show no availability?
The location may not currently have availability entered, may not be actively updating availability, or may not currently have open seats or tables available.
Location availability looks incorrect
Availability information is provided directly by participating locations and may change rapidly.
I found incorrect information about a location
Contact support@trybar.io with the location name and details that need review.
I own or manage a location
If you need help claiming, managing, or configuring a location, contact support@trybar.io
I want to delete my account
