TryBar is owned and operated by FCB Technical LLC ("TryBar", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the TryBar mobile application, website, web console, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
TryBar provides users with information about bars, restaurants, and venue availability, including location-based recommendations and user interaction features.
You may create an account using email/password or third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
FCB Technical LLC uses third-party authentication and database services, including Supabase, to manage user accounts securely.
The Services may use your device’s location to provide proximity-based features. Location access can be controlled through your device settings.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant TryBar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

TryBar does not offer in-app purchases within the mobile application. Subscription services for location owners and business accounts are managed externally through the TryBar web console operated by FCB Technical LLC.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. FCB Technical LLC does not store full payment card numbers or payment security codes.
Subscription billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, invoice handling, and related payment obligations are governed by the applicable subscription agreement and Stripe billing processes.
All content, trademarks, branding, software, technology, platform functionality, and related intellectual property associated with TryBar are owned by FCB Technical LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCB Technical LLC and TryBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FCB Technical LLC, TryBar, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
