By using the TryBar mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Users may create accounts using their email and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. Users may manage or delete their accounts directly from within the app.
The App collects and uses your device location while in use and in the background. This location data is used to provide proximity-based features, such as nearby recommendations and distance calculations. Your location is not shared with other users but may be used for analytics purposes.
Users may upload photos and write reviews using Google services. Location owner accounts may also upload media and manage their listings either within the TryBar app or via the TryBar web portal at trybar.io.
While there are no in-app purchases for regular users, location owner accounts may subscribe to tiered service plans via approved methods outside of the mobile app.

Your profile information and preferences are stored both locally on your device and securely in the cloud via AWS infrastructure. You may request the deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
